STACKGUARD SYSTEM

Dust Emission Measuring System

The StackGuard continuously monitors the scatted light intensity of an extracted, withdrawn sample of gas. The laser light source minimized stray light and improves sensitivity to the µg/m³ level, the filtered purge air prevents from window soiling. A calibration check is performed by means of a checking rod. The sample air is led out of the stack, heated up above the dew point and then fed through the measuring cell.

  • The tried-and-tested measuring system for tough jobs, e.g. continuous monitoring of tiny concentrations in dry or wet and hot gases
  • Continuous measurement of particulate matter concentration via scattered light principle
  • Compliance with EN 14181
